Glover & King will when acting on your behalf compile and hold certain personal information about you for the purposes of providing you with legal services.

Howe we may collect your personal data.  We will collect his information either directly from you using instructions sheet, our website contact form, by e-mail or by phone.

We may also receive information from other third parties including lenders, other law firms, credit reference agencies, Legal Services Agency, Court Service, regulatory bodies and/or any other government body or statutory agency.

We will retain personal data we hold in relation to you after the completion of your case in line with the Law Society of Northern Ireland file disposal and destruction guidelines.  We may also write to you in respect of marketing our business.
